  • Helping artists, performers, and highly sensitive people heal from trauma, quiet their inner critics, and reconnect with their authentic voice—both creatively and personally.

Whether you’re facing burnout, struggling with self-doubt, or simply longing to feel more grounded and expressive, I offer a trauma-informed space where all parts of you are welcome.

Through Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychotherapy, mindfulness, and somatic healing we’ll gently explore the inner landscape that shapes your voice, your confidence, and your capacity to thrive.

Your voice matters. Your story matters. And healing is possible.

  • Healing begins when we listen to the parts of us we’ve pushed away.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, evidence-based approach to healing that sees the mind not as a single voice—but as a dynamic inner system made up of different “parts.”

You might have a part that’s anxious, a part that criticizes you, a part that tries to please everyone, or one that just wants to disappear. These parts aren’t flaws—they’re protectors. Each has developed for a reason, usually in response to pain, trauma, or unmet needs.

In IFS, we learn to turn toward these parts with compassion instead of shame. We listen, get curious, and create space for deep healing. As we do, we uncover something remarkable beneath the noise: the Self.

Your Self is calm, clear, compassionate, and wise—and it’s always been there, ready to lead the healing.

Through this work, people often discover greater emotional freedom, healthier boundaries, and a more loving relationship with themselves. For artists, performers, and highly sensitive people, IFS can be especially powerful—it helps quiet the inner critic, soften perfectionism, and reconnect with a sense of creative flow.

IFS isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you remember who you truly are.

  • Your voice is an instrument—and an invitation.

Whether you’re a professional singer, a creative longing to perform again, or someone who’s never felt safe expressing themselves out loud—I offer a trauma-informed path to vocal freedom.

My approach integrates years of experience as a voice teacher and performer with Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and mindfulness. Together, we work not just on sound—but on the parts of you that might hold fear, shame, or inner criticism around being heard.

This is voice coaching that goes beneath the surface. No pushing. No judgment. Just gentle, grounded support to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and the truest sound of who you are.

You don’t have to “fix” your voice. You just have to meet it.

Your voice is more than sound—it’s a mirror of your inner world.

I believe that deep inside each of us is a well of creativity, sensitivity, and truth waiting to be heard. But for many of us—especially those of us who feel deeply—our voices have been silenced, dismissed, or distorted by trauma, criticism, and the pressures of performance.

I’m a trauma-informed creative arts psychotherapist, certified IFS practitioner, voice coach, mother, and professional singer. I’ve walked my own healing path through perfectionism, shame, and self-doubt—and I know how hard it can be to reclaim your voice, especially when you’ve learned to hide it to survive.

My work is rooted in compassion, embodiment, and deep listening. I don’t believe in fixing people—I believe in helping them remember who they are.

This work is for the ones who feel too much, love too deeply, and long to finally feel safe in their own skin and sound.
